This immaculate second floor (top floor) luxury condo has 2 master suites. Each master suite includes a private shower and bathroom, high quality queen mattress with memory foam topper, luxury linens and towels. Situated perfectly, your terrace overlooks the pool and surrounding grounds. The front master has a 42” flat screen TV. Individual bedroom AC units with remote controls will keep you nice and comfortable. You will also find plenty of closet and storage space in each room. There is also a queen size air bed for children or guests.

With 12 foot ceilings, the spacious open concept living and dining area is perfect for entertaining. In addition, you can take your food and drinks out onto the large covered terrace and have it made in the shade!

The living room sports a 42” flat screen TV, AC unit with remote, 2 ceiling fans, and 2 couches. A bonus 2 piece bathroom is located off the living room for convenience or for guests. To further ensure your serenity your own private laundry facility is quietly located in a small lobby in the landing outside the front door.

Is walking not your thing? Use the bus stop, only a moments walk away, or an easy 5 minute cab ride to take you into downtown Tamarindo. Bicycles are for rent close by as well. All three have their role, but the walk down the beach to Tamarindo is definitely one of the most beautiful I have seen on this earth!

Langosta boasts several high quality surfing breaks, working well in a wide range of tides and swell directions. Close by Tamarindo is more crowded, but has additional spots for beginner to advanced.
